Buy or Sell: More people will watch Fox's American Idol on Tuesday night than will watch all 3 networks' coverage of the State of the Union Address.





No contest, really.

Drudge reported that early indication from Nielson is, last night, more American households tuned into the Fox's 1 hour American Idol episode than the networks' 2 hour State of the Union address. Yes, all three networks, Combined!

Sure some of you people were undoubtably tuned into FoxNews, with their impeccable coverage of all things politico, but this is unbelievable.

It's glorified, frikkin' karoake, people. Our country is pissing off the rest of the world on a daily basis, and you can't even tune in to find out how we're doing it.

Ok, you got me. I didn't watch the address either, but Duke was playing Wake.



It was a damn good game.
